Job Title: Telecalling / Inside Sales / Presales Executive

Age: 18 to 27 Years

Gender: Both (Female / Male candidates )

Salary: 20,000k to 30,000k / monthly

Location: ITPL, Seetharam Palaya, White Field, Bangalore, India

Experience Required: 6 months – 3 years in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Presales / Marketing / Real Estate Sales / Customer Care

Industry: Real Estate / Property Sales / Channel Partner

Key Responsibilities:

l Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain available residential projects (flats, apartments, villas)

l Convert inquiries into site visits.

l Follow up with leads through calls, messages and emails to ensure conversions.

l Coordinate with the field sales team to track lead status and closures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

l 1 - 3 years experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales / presales / marketing / customer care / real estate sales

l Strong verbal communication and convincing skills (in English, Kannada, Telugu and Hindi preferred).

l Positive attitude, energetic, and self-motivated.
