About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to
lead our telecalling team
while ensuring our
CRM system is always clean, updated, and organized
. This role requires strong leadership, data accuracy, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor daily calling activities and ensure quality conversations with prospects/students/parents.
  • Maintain
    100% data hygiene
    in the CRM by ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Track leads through the sales funnel and ensure proper follow-ups are recorded.
  • Generate and share daily/weekly reports on calling performance and CRM health.
  • Train telecallers on communication skills, CRM usage, and call etiquette.
  • Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to optimize lead flow and conversion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    telecalling / inside sales / CRM management
    (2–3 years).
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Tojile, Odoo etc).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong focus on organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
