The Banquet Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing banquet events to ensure excellent guest experiences. This role oversees banquet staff, manages event setup and service, maintains high standards of food and beverage quality, and ensures smooth operations while maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute banquet functions (weddings, conferences, parties, corporate events, etc.).
  • Coordinate with clients, event planners, and internal teams to understand event requirements.
  • Supervise and schedule banquet staff including servers, bartenders, and support staff.
  • Ensure proper setup of banquet halls including seating, décor, lighting, audio-visual, and F&B arrangements.
  • Monitor food and beverage service to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Control inventory of banquet supplies, linen, cutlery, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and catering teams for menu planning and smooth service execution.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance to maintain service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
  • Prepare post-event reports including guest feedback, billing, and revenue analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
