career guidance, employability skills, women entrepreneurship, and CSR partnerships.

Role Overview

The
Social Media Marketing Intern
will play a key role in expanding RMH's digital presence, engaging youth audiences, and showcasing the organization's initiatives through impactful storytelling. This internship is ideal for students passionate about
creative communication, digital branding, and social impact marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

  • Develop engaging and original content for RMH's
    LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
    pages.
  • Create
    posts, reels, stories, and infographics
    to promote RMH programs (Path Finder Test, Career Counseling, Employability Skills, WINGS, etc.).
  • Assist in writing short, impactful
    captions, hashtags, and campaign messages.

2. Campaign Management

  • Support execution of
    monthly social media calendars
    aligned with organizational campaigns.
  • Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on audience insights.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for
    youth outreach and awareness drives.

3. Digital Branding & Community Engagement

  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages professionally.
  • Identify and engage with relevant
    student groups, influencers, and educational communities
    online.
  • Assist in building RMH's
    brand visibility and storytelling narrative.

4. Research & Analytics

  • Research trending topics, hashtags, and digital best practices for the education and social impact sectors.
  • Monitor competitor and partner pages for benchmarking.
  • Prepare
    weekly performance reports
    on social media reach, engagement, and growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
    Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
  • Strong interest in
    social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Basic proficiency in
    Canva, CapCut, or any graphic/video editing tool.
  • Good command of English (knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu is a plus).
  • Creative, organized, and self-motivated with attention to detail.
