  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Agency Sales, Channel Development, or Sales Management (Life Insurance experience preferred).
  • Education: Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
  • Local Knowledge: Mandatory to have resided in the recruitment location for 5 years or more (Must have deep local network and market understanding).
