- Core Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a large network of local insurance advisors (POSPs) and field team leaders within your territory.
- Achieve challenging sales targets by motivating your team
and ensuring high individual productivity across the network. - Ensure ethical sales practices and maintain high policy renewal
(persistency) rates to secure long-term revenue. Effectively utilize our proprietary mobile applications and digital

Candidate RequirementsCandidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Agency Sales, Channel Development, or Sales Management (Life Insurance experience preferred).
- Education: Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
- Local Knowledge: Mandatory to have resided in the recruitment location for 5 years or more (Must have deep local network and market understanding).
