Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Delivery Manager to oversee client relationships, service delivery, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT industry background, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in client engagement and success management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end IT service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients on service delivery matters.
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met and services are delivered effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, support) to drive seamless delivery.
  • Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions to strengthen engagement.
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
  • Monitor esource allocation, productivity, and performance metrics.
  • Support business growth through client retention and success management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • 4-8 years of total experience in IT industry as Service Delivery Management.
  • Strong understanding of IT service delivery processes, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework (preferred).

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications (ITIL, PMP, Service Delivery Management) will be an added advantage.
