Job Title: HR Recruiter & Admin Executive

Job Summary:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Handle employee onboarding and documentation
  • Provide administrative support for smooth office operations

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct telephonic HR interviews
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate database / ATS
  • Follow up with candidates during hiring and onboarding

HR & Admin Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation
  • Maintain employee records and HR files
  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Coordinate with vendors for office-related needs
  • Organize meetings, events, and training sessions
  • Ensure office cleanliness and facility management
  • Address employee queries related to HR and admin policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment and admin roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organization and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
