  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management

  • Manage documentation for selected candidates (offer letters, reference checks, background verification)
  • Ensure timely onboarding and smooth induction for new hires
  • Work closely with the HR team to plan recruitment drives and workforce planning
