Facility Manager cum Business Development Professional
for our
Mumbai operations
. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensure service excellence, and actively contribute to business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage
    facility operations
    , including
    housekeeping, technical maintenance, and manpower deployment
    .
  • Supervise
    attendance, budgeting, operational reports, and vendor management
    .
  • Ensure seamless coordination between
    clients, vendors, and internal teams
    to maintain service standards.
  • Identify new
    business opportunities
    and implement effective
    BD strategies
    to expand the client base.
  • Conduct
    site inspections
    and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Lead a team to deliver operational excellence and client satisfaction across all managed sites.
  • Prepare and present
    MIS reports, cost analysis, and performance reviews
    to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    4 years of experience
    in
    Facility Operations, Hospitality Management, or Service Industry
    .
  • Proven track record in
    client handling, vendor management, and manpower supervision
    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office, operational reporting, and budgeting
    .
