1. Daily Operations Management

  • Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain quality standards across all processes.

2. Team Management

  • Supervise and guide team members to achieve their targets.
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide training when required.

3. Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in existing processes and suggest improvements.
  • Implement new systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure policies and SOPs are followed correctly.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales, and other departments for smooth workflow.
  • Communicate key updates, tasks, and targets to the team.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer or internal complaints.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Track performance metrics and share updates with management.
  • Ensure proper documentation of operations.

6. Compliance & Discipline

  • Ensure employees follow company rules and guidelines.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational discipline.
  • Take corrective actions when required.
