About the Role

The Operations Associate will support daily operations for our
16–17 short-term rental properties
listed on Airbnb, , Agoda, and Vrbo.

You will coordinate with guests, housekeeping teams, maintenance vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day management of all vacation rental units.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Coordination

  • Respond to guest messages, inquiries, and booking requests across all platforms.
  • Assist guests during check-in/check-out.
  • Provide quick solutions to guest issues (WiFi, lock codes, property details, etc.).

Reservations & Listing Management

  • Manage bookings across Airbnb, , Agoda, and Vrbo.
  • Update calendars, pricing, promotions, and availability.
  • Monitor guest reviews and prepare response drafts.

Daily Property Operations

  • Coordinate with housekeeping for cleaning schedules.
  • Track maintenance tasks and follow up with vendors for timely completion.
  • Maintain property checklists and condition reports.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily occupancy reports and revenue snapshots.
  • Maintain records of expenses, invoices, cleaning logs, and issues reported.
  • Update operational data in Excel/Google Sheets.

Skills Required

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Knowledge of Airbnb or hotel/guest service operations (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
