Job Title: Contract Staffing Recruiter

Location: Bengaluru (BTM Layout)

Job Description:

We are looking for Contract Staffing Recruiters to drive end-to-end hiring for client projects. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates on contract roles within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for contract staffing (IT/Non-IT).
  • Source & screen candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Coordinate interviews, salary negotiation & onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for immediate project needs.
  • Ensure compliance and documentation as per client requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in contract staffing/recruitment.
  • Knowledge of IT/Non-IT skill hiring for short & long-term contracts.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and achieve closures.
