Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for Contract/Permanent staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing).
• Source candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Understand client requirements and share suitable profiles within timelines.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment (Domestic/Contract(C2H)/Permanent staffing).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing channels like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
