The Opportunity

We're seeking a
Field Sales Specialist
who's passionate about technology, design, and customer relationships.

If you enjoy engaging with architects, interior designers, system integrators, and channel partners — and you're driven by growth and innovation —
this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct regular meetings and product demonstrations with
    architects, interior designers, contractors, and automation dealers
    .
  • Expand the
    Primezen dealer and partner network
    within your assigned region.
  • Achieve
    monthly and quarterly sales targets
    for smart touch panels and automation solutions.
  • Drive
    project-based sales
    by identifying potential opportunities in premium residential and commercial segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business through superior service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and timely project deliveries.
  • Participate in
    exhibitions, roadshows, and brand events
    to represent Primezen' s product line.
  • Provide
    market intelligence and competitor insights
    to management for strategy refinement.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, meetings, and business updates in company tools and reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or Engineering
    (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience
    in electricals, automation, lighting, or building materials.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • A self-motivated professional with a
    passion for premium products and project sales
    .
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and be ready to travel extensively within assigned territories.
