We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Direct Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to connect with customers in multiple languages. This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in direct or field sales who are eager to build a career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales and field visits.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on local marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide timely updates and performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0–6 months of direct/field sales experience (freshers welcome).
  • Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Self-driven and comfortable with fieldwork.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
