Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Assistant General Manager - Residential Sales, based on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and leading the residential sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing market research, ensuring smooth deal closures, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will streamline processes, mentor the team, and create strategies to expand market reach and profitability.
