Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to oversee operations at our Bengaluru location. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting staff performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing business development, maintaining high standards of customer service, coordinating with medical teams to optimize processes, managing budgets, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Operations Management, Planning, and Coordinating team activities
  • Strong expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Revenue Growth
  • Excellent Customer Service, Client Retention, and Relationship Management skills
  • Leadership abilities, Team Management, and Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Data Analysis and Budget Management experience
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office for operational reporting
