  • We are seeking an accomplished and driven Sr. Manager Quality with a minimum of 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in Call Quality Assurance, preferably in a contact center or BPO setting Experience with QA tools, metrics, and reporting systems Strong leadership,
  • communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Exposure to process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma (preferred) Bachelor's degree (required)
  • additional certifications in Quality Management or related areas are a plus
