Overview

At this pivotal stage, we are seeking a visionary Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to design and execute the growth architecture of our house. This role is not about running campaigns — it is about creating demand, shaping markets, and building a legacy brand.

The Role

As CGO, you will be the growth architect of Tailorworks bridging digital excellence, retail expansion, and brand storytelling. You will hold responsibility for everything that drives growth: from performance marketing to luxury retail sales, from customer lifetime value to new market penetration.

You will not just lead marketing you will shape how Tailorworks is experienced, desired, and purchased worldwide.

Key Responsibilities


• Growth & Strategy Leadership


• Define and lead the multi-channel growth strategy across digital, retail, and B2B.


• Scale customer acquisition, retention, and brand equity while reducing CAC and maximizing ROAS.


• Anticipate global luxury trends and position Tailorworks ahead of the curve.


• Retail & Expansion


• Architect strategies for flagship store launches and boutique retail growth.


• Build integrated store + ecommerce experiences tailored to bespoke luxury clients.


• Drive store-level sales operations and luxury clienteling models.


• Brand Storytelling & Media


• Oversee world-class creatives, video campaigns, and storytelling assets.


• Place Tailorworks in the right luxury media environments (online + offline) to create desirability.


• Innovation & Customer Experience


• Partner with design and product teams to align growth with craftsmanship and exclusivity.


• Ensure a seamless, luxury-grade UI/UX across ecommerce and digital touchpoints.


• Leadership & Legacy


• Build and mentor a growth team that unites data, creativity, and retail expertise.


• Be the strategic partner to the CEO, driving Tailorworks' vision of becoming a globally recognized luxury bespoke house.

Who You Are


• 12–20+ years of proven success in luxury fashion sales, marketing, and growth leadership.


• Deep knowledge of store sales cycles, luxury retail operations, and ecommerce growth.


• Mastery of performance marketing (GA4, SEO, Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp automation, retention marketing).


• Experience leading luxury brand storytelling and media strategies.


• A visionary leader who blends numbers with narrative, strategy with style, commerce with creativity.
