Key Responsibilities:

  1. Credit appraisal and assessment/ Working capital Cycle Assessment

  2. Collateral evaluation

  3. Loan structuring- CC Limit, OD Limit, Working Capital Funding, Project Loans, Unsecured Business Loans

  4. TAT management

  5. Compliance and documentation, Check Financials.

  6. Portfolio monitoring(Profile handelling) and risk management

  7. Coordination with stakeholders

  8. Analysis of the Case and Revert whether case is doable or not within TaT

  9. Paper Completion to Bank login should be with in TAT

  10. Bank Login to Sanctioning of the Case should be With in TAT

  11. Sanctioning the file

  12. Visit to customers before the renewal

  13. Take References from the customers + Testimonials

Requirements:

  1. Qualified CA/CS/CFA with Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  2. 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably in SME lending

  3. Strong analytical and technical skills

  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Technical Skills:

  1. Financial statement analysis

  2. Credit appraisal techniques

  3. Risk assessment frameworks

  4. Banking regulations and RBI guidelines

  5. MS Excel for financial modeling and credit analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹900,000.00 per year
