**Position Title**:Process Analyst
**Location**:Indore.

**Shift timings**: Rotational Shift

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform quality checks on loan documentation, including income, assets, and credit reports.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and client-specific guidelines.
- Use internal tools and software to track, document, and update the status of mortgage loans.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the mortgage processing system.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any issues related to mortgage documents.
- Participate in training sessions to understand the US mortgage industry, its regulations, and best practices.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, Business, or related fields preferred).

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Typing Speed - 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools.
- Willingness to work night shifts to support US-based clients.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
