Designation - Assistant Manager -HR

Location - Delhi, Jaipur , Indore and Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment from understanding manpower requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with business teams to identify hiring needs and define role specifications.
  • Source candidates through portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Manage bulk and niche hiring for sales, credit, collections, and operations roles.
  • Coordinate with agencies and external partners for recruitment support as needed.
  • Ensure TAT adherence for each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate database, MIS reports, and track hiring progress.
  • Support pre-joining formalities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements during the hiring process.
  • Participate in campus hiring, walk-ins, and recruitment drives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of NBFC / BFSI recruitment domain.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in NBFC / BFSI sector.
  • Experience in field sales or branch-level hiring will be an added advantage.
