Position Title: Process Analyst
Location: Indore
WFH: No
Work Timings/Shift: India Day time - 9am to 5 pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated fresh graduates to join our team as US Mortgage Process Associates. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in corporate. As part of the operations team, you will support various stages of the mortgage process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in delivering high-quality services to our US-based clients.
Requirements :
Review mortgage documents for completeness and accuracy.
Assist senior underwriters in analyzing borrower financial documents such as income, assets, credit, and property details.
Learn and apply lender guidelines under close supervision.
Support the team in identifying potential risks and discrepancies in loan files.
Prepare loan review summaries and document findings for underwriting decisions.
Communicate with internal teams (processing, sales, compliance) to resolve file issues.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all data entry is completed in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with mortgage industry standards, compliance requirements, and underwriting practices through training and mentorship.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, Business, or related fields preferred,
BCom &BBA)
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Typing Speed - 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and the ability to quickly adapt to new software
tools.
