Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Dealer & Distributor Network Development

  2. Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and distributors in assigned territory.

  3. Strengthen existing dealer relationships and ensure product availability & visibility.

  4. Sales Achievement

  5. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company plan.

  6. Drive secondary and primary sales growth consistently.

  7. Market Expansion

  8. Explore new potential markets, counterpoints, and customer segments.

  9. Conduct regular field visits to track competitor activity and market trends.

  10. Product Promotion & Branding

  11. Ensure proper display, branding, POP material placement at dealer counters.

  12. Conduct painter meets, contractor meets, and influencer engagement activities.

  13. Payment & Credit Management

  14. Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers.

  15. Monitor credit limits, outstanding, and maintain healthy financial discipline.

  16. Reporting & Coordination

  17. Submit daily sales reports, beat plans, and market feedback to seniors.

  18. Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and management for smooth operations.

  19. Customer Support & Relationship Management

  20. Provide after-sales support and resolve product/service issues promptly.

  21. Build strong long-term relations with dealers, influencers, and end customers.
