of Accounting, GST, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bill solutions. Our platform serves businesses,

developers, and enterprises with real-time compliance, automation, and analytics.

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Product Support Executives who can assist

customers in using our products efficiently and ensure smooth issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide first-level product support to customers using
WhiteBooks Accounting, GST, EInvoice,

and E-Way Bill
modules.


• Understand customer issues related to accounting entries, GST return filing, E-Invoice

generation, and E-Way Bill integration.


• Log and track customer tickets in the support system and coordinate with the technical and

product teams for resolution.


• Assist customers via email, chat, or calls in using WhiteBooks software effectively.


• Analyze and troubleshoot issues using Excel reports, pivot tables, and macros for data

verification and reconciliation.


• Maintain FAQs, support documentation, and help guides for repetitive queries.


• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product development team for

continuous improvement.

Skills Required


• Strong knowledge of Accounting fundamentals and GST concepts.

Computers /
MBA
Finance -
2023/2024/2025 passed
outs


• Good understanding of MS Office (Word,
Excel
, PowerPoint) — particularly Excel formulas,

Pivot Tables, and Macros.


• Ability to understand financial statements and basic data reconciliation.


• Strong communication skills — written and verbal. (
Hindi & English
Mandatory)


• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.


• Ability to learn new products, tools, and compliance workflows quickly.

Good to Have


• Exposure to Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or any Accounting/GST software.


• Basic understanding of API-based integrations or
Excel
-to-software data imports.


• Prior internship or training in Accounting, Finance, or ERP tools.
