Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Product Specialist
to support the implementation and success of our school management software. This role requires a strong understanding of product workflows, hands-on data handling, disciplined execution, and the ability to collaborate directly with customers at their locations.
This individual will work closely under the guidance of the Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Data Enablement
- Gain strong understanding of the complete product workflow and core modules
- Gather, interpret, and validate client-provided data in various formats such as physical forms, PDFs, and Excel sheets
- Digitize, clean, structure, and upload data into the product accurately and within defined timelines
Client Interaction & Support
- Communicate with client users to clarify data requirements and address queries
- Ensure seamless data readiness for implementation and rollout phases
- Maintain professional relationships and serve as the first line of support during field activities
Incident & Issue Resolution
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot issues raised during data setup and product usage
- Collaborate with support and technical teams to ensure timely closure of customer concerns
- Prioritize and resolve client issues within the same day wherever possible
On-Site Implementation
- Travel frequently to client locations as required for project execution and data onboarding
- Ensure timely progress in field deliverables and support smooth implementation adoption
Adaptability in Startup Environment
- Work collaboratively in a dynamic and evolving startup environment
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, tools, processes, and support requirements
- Demonstrate proactive ownership to get things done efficiently
Required Skills & Experience
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in product support, implementation, or data handling roles
- Good hands-on experience with Excel and technology-driven data entry
- Ability to install applications/software and perform basic troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing discussions
- High level of accuracy, process discipline, and task ownership
- Willingness to travel as per business and project needs
- Must be based in Hyderabad
- Immediate joiners preferred
