Position Overview:

The Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives across all business units under the group. This role will encompass brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, and revenue-driven campaigns, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes. The incumbent will ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams to drive sustainable growth, enhance brand equity, and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with group-level business goals.
  • Define annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs across all brands and verticals.
  • Support business units in achieving revenue and growth targets through integrated marketing efforts.

2. Product Marketing:

  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches across group companies.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Develop product collateral, presentations, and sales enablement tools to support business development.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to refine pricing, packaging, and product communication strategies.
  • Drive customer feedback loops and insights to guide product improvement and innovation.

3. Revenue Campaigns & Demand Generation:

  • Conceptualize and execute revenue-oriented marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Partner with sales teams to create integrated demand-generation programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Track and analyse campaign metrics (ROI, conversion rate, CAC, LTV) to ensure marketing effectiveness.
  • Optimize performance using marketing automation, CRM data, and analytics tools.

4. Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and visual representation across all platforms and business units.
  • Lead the development of creative assets, promotional materials, and corporate communication initiatives.
  • Strengthen corporate branding through PR, events, and external partnerships.

5. Digital & Performance Marketing:

  • Oversee digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid media.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to improve digital engagement, website traffic, and lead conversion.
  • Leverage analytics and performance tools to continuously enhance campaign outcomes.

6. Market Research & Insights:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Use insights to refine marketing strategies, improve campaign targeting, and guide product roadmaps.

7. Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals across business units.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance marketing culture.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure quality and timely execution of deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA / Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 – 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with 3–5 years in a leadership or group-level role.
  • Proven track record in product marketing, revenue campaign management, and digital performance marketing.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in managing multi-brand or diversified business portfolios is preferred.
