**Job Description: Marketing Coordinator**

**Company: Madhusudan Group**

**Location: Hybrid in Surat including 2-3 Days from the factory in Palsana Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:
**o Oversee and coordinate all marketing projects between Madhusudan Group and Rainbow Media House, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.**

**o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide clear briefs to the agency.**

**o Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.**

**Agency Relationship Management**:
**o Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at Rainbow Media House.**

**o Effectively communicate marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics to the agency.**

**o Ensure that the agency understands the company's brand identity, target audience, and industry trends.**

**Marketing Strategy**:
**o Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.**

**o Provide input on market research, competitor analysis, and target audience segmentation.**

**Campaign Execution**:
**o Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.**

**o Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to measure effectiveness.Reporting and Analysis**:
**o Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, including campaign performance, ROI, and budget utilization.**

**o Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.**

**Qualifications**:
**Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.**

**Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.**

**Proven experience working with marketing agencies and managing projects.**

**Strong understanding of the têxtile industry, including market trends, key players, and product knowledge.**

**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.**

**Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**

**Strong organizational and time management skills.**

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software tools.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Experience working in the têxtile industry.**

**Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and tools.**

**Experience with market research and data analysis.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
