Designation: Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager- Inventory
Company Type: Pharmaceutical Warehouse
Job Description:
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Implement control procedures to manage stock levels effectively.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control measures.
- Supervise inventory control staff and provide guidance as needed.
- Conduct training sessions to educate warehouse staff on inventory management procedures.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfil customer orders and address inquiries.
- Monitor inventory aging and implement strategies to minimize obsolescence.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and implement risk management measures.
- Train and educate warehouse staff on proper inventory management practices.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records promptly.
- Investigate and provide solutions for inventory-related issues.
Requirement:
- Must have experience of inventory management in FMCG or Pharma warehouse
- Worked in large scale of FMCG/Pharma warehouse
- Well-versed with inventory management software like SAP or Odoo or any other
- Understanding of inventory control principles like cycle counting and safety stock calculations
- Experience in supervising and managing inventory control staff
- Ability to delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours as required in a warehouse environment
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Education: Bachelor degree
