Inside/Tele-Sales Intern

We are looking for a motivated and confident Inside sales intern who can communicate fluently in English, Kannada (preferred), and Hindi. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential customers, explaining products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
  • Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads promptly.
  • Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
  • Build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding or service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Languages: Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (spoken).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong persuasion and problem-solving ability.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹9, ₹10,000.00 per month
