**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain records of calls and sales and update CRM regularly.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- MBA in Marketing is a must.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong desire to grow a career in sales and business development.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Self-motivated, confident, and energetic.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Prior internship or experience in tele sales or inside sales (preferred but not mandatory).
