Sepal is a collapsible roof integrated with mobile app to provide the riders with all IOT comforts that can be quickly attached to any motorcycle and it shall provide the riders with complete protection from Sun, rain dust and even cold, entirely on-demand.

Strong Tele Sales Skills

Good communication skills

Should be able to use office softwares like excel, google sheet, word, and should be to write and reply to all customers communications.

Min 1yr experience in tele sales or customer support roles

3 Language Proficiency is Must:
1st English

2nd Hindi

3rd Telugu or Kannada or Bengali or other regional languages.

Need to have own Laptop with Broadband Internet Connection not mobile data (will use for Cloud/Browser Tools only) + own mobile for Tele Calling.

**Work**:6days work week

Fixed work hrs to select from - 9am to 6:30 pm or 10am to 7:30 pm or 11am to 8:30pm (30min Lunch + 15min Tea Break)

**Role Objectives**:
Follow and Manage Alloted Leads

Outbound Calling to the Leads

Gather Information about the Lead and enter in the Company CRM

Provide all the Product and Company Information to the Lead

Cultivate the Convert interested Leads into Customer after required follow up.

Daliy Avg Outbound Calling: Dialed Calls around 100, connected calls 60.

Incentives are based on sales.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
