About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Manager generate leads for home loans and other loan products. The candidate will work in the field to identify potential customers, establish relationships, and bring high-quality leads to the company. The role demands excellent Interpersonal Skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify and approach potential customers interested in home loans or other loan products.
- Source leads through field visits, market research, and networking.
- Attend community events, expos, or housing projects to engage with prospective customers.
Customer Interaction
- Understand customer loan requirements and financial profiles.
- Professionally and clearly describe loan products, eligibility conditions, and their advantages.
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Leverage relationships to acquire referrals and repeat business.
Data Collection and Reporting
- Collect and document customer details, including financial background and loan needs.
- Submit daily reports on leads, interactions, and progress to the reporting manager.
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless lead handover.
- Share field insights to enhance product pitches and optimize marketing strategies and processes.
Job Requirements
- Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling within the city.
- Should own a Vehicle.
