Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting in updating product listings, descriptions, and images.
  • Monitoring website performance and user experience, providing suggestions for improvements.
  • Helping maintain product inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels online.
  • Participating in the development of online promotions and sales strategies.
  • Tracking and analyzing website traffic and sales data using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Generating reports on marketing campaign performance and customer behavior.
  • Assisting in responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
  • Helping resolve customer issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Providing general administrative support to the e-commerce team.
  • Assisting in coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
