Job Description: Talent Management Manager

Position Overview: The Talent Management Manager focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing employees. This role involves designing and implementing programs to foster employee growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Development:

  2. Design and deliver employee development programs, including training, mentoring, and coaching.

  3. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  4. Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

  5. Performance Management:

  6. Oversee the performance review process, ensuring timely feedback and goal alignment.

  7. Develop tools and resources to support managers in evaluating and improving employee performance.
  8. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and recognition.

  9. Succession Planning:

  10. Identify and groom high-potential employees for future leadership roles.

  11. Collaborate with leadership to create and implement succession plans.
  12. Monitor talent pipelines and address gaps proactively.

  13. Engagement and Retention:

  14. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.

  15. Analyze employee feedback from surveys and develop action plans to address concerns.
  16. Drive initiatives to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.

  17. Leadership Development:

  18. Partner with senior leaders to create programs for leadership training and development.

  19. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for managers to build their capabilities.
  20. Track leadership program outcomes and refine approaches as needed.

  21. Collaboration and Communication:

  22. Partner with HR operations, recruitment, and other teams to align talent strategies with business objectives.

  23. Communicate talent management initiatives and progress to stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in talent management, learning, and development.
  • Expertise in performance management and leadership development.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
