Position Overview: The Talent Management Manager focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing employees. This role involves designing and implementing programs to foster employee growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Development:
Design and deliver employee development programs, including training, mentoring, and coaching.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance review process, ensuring timely feedback and goal alignment.
- Develop tools and resources to support managers in evaluating and improving employee performance.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and recognition.
Succession Planning:
Identify and groom high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and implement succession plans.
Monitor talent pipelines and address gaps proactively.
Engagement and Retention:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
- Analyze employee feedback from surveys and develop action plans to address concerns.
Drive initiatives to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
Leadership Development:
Partner with senior leaders to create programs for leadership training and development.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for managers to build their capabilities.
Track leadership program outcomes and refine approaches as needed.
Collaboration and Communication:
Partner with HR operations, recruitment, and other teams to align talent strategies with business objectives.
- Communicate talent management initiatives and progress to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in talent management, learning, and development.
- Expertise in performance management and leadership development.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
