Administration Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations of the organization.
- Handle maintenance and repair-related activities for office and facilities.
- Manage company documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Liaise with government departments, legal representatives, and other external officials on behalf of the management.
- Assist in managing ongoing legal cases and ensure timely follow-ups with concerned parties.
- Oversee logistics, procurement, and vendor coordination for administrative requirements.
- Prepare and maintain administrative reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Represent management professionally in meetings, forums, and official interactions.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required; preference for candidates with background in Administration, Management, or Law).
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in administration, coordination, or office management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to travel locally as required for official tasks.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a professional, trustworthy demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
