Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations of the organization.
  • Handle maintenance and repair-related activities for office and facilities.
  • Manage company documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with government departments, legal representatives, and other external officials on behalf of the management.
  • Assist in managing ongoing legal cases and ensure timely follow-ups with concerned parties.
  • Oversee logistics, procurement, and vendor coordination for administrative requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain administrative reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Represent management professionally in meetings, forums, and official interactions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required; preference for candidates with background in Administration, Management, or Law).
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in administration, coordination, or office management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel locally as required for official tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a professional, trustworthy demeanor.
