Sales & Product Advisor – Sheet Metal & Storage Solutions

Key Responsibilities: ● Understand customer needs and recommend custom-built storage systems, metal doors, mezzanine floors, and industrial furniture. ● Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth. ● Provide technical product demonstrations and consultations to prospective customers. ● Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to offer tailored solutions. ● Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability. ● Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends. ● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets. ● Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in alignment with client requirements. ● Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote the company's products. ● Provide after-sales support and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. ● 2 years of experience in sales, product advisory, or business development in the sheet metal, storage solutions, or industrial manufacturing sector. ● Strong understanding of storage racks, metal fabrication, and industrial equipment. ● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ● Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management. ● Knowledge of tendering processes and government procurement. ● Familiarity with pricing strategies and cost estimation in sheet metal fabrication.
