AI Engineer
 to join our mission-driven team.

In this role, you'll design and deploy AI and machine learning models that power real-world healthcare outcomes. You'll collaborate across data science, engineering, and business teams to build scalable, ethical, and high-performance AI solutions integrated into enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and implement machine learning and artificial intelligence models aligned with organizational objectives.

· Collaborate effectively with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ascertain requirements and translate them into functional AI solutions.

· Conduct comprehensive data analysis to derive actionable insights and enhance model accuracy and efficiency.

· Remain abreast of emerging AI technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices to ensure the organization's competitive advantage.

· Optimize AI workflows and infrastructure to support scalability, reliability, and performance.

· Facilitate seamless integration of AI models into existing enterprise systems and applications.

· Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and performance monitoring in production environments.

· Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and model transparency requirements.

· Prepare detailed documentation outlining AI methodologies, development processes, and results for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence
, or a related discipline.

· Strong theoretical understanding of machine learning principles, including optimization, probability, linear algebra, and statistical modeling.

· Demonstrated experience in the development and application of AI and machine learning techniques.

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

· Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

· Experience with MLOps tools such as Mlflow or Kubeflow, and containerization technologies like Docker.

· Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI workflows, including RAG and GenAIOps practices.

· Experience developing and integrating AI models using APIs for enterprise applications.

· Strong software engineering skills, including version control, testing, and writing maintainable code.

· Familiarity with deploying and scaling AI models in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

· Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, statistical analysis, and model evaluation metrics.

· Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work in agile teams and align AI solutions with business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Expertise in specialized AI domains such as Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Foundry components such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Azure DevOps.

· Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Apache Spark.

· Proven track record in deploying AI models within production environments and managing their lifecycle.
