Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Consultant based in Pune, with some flexibility for remote work. The Solar Consultant will focus on generating and nurturing leads, engaging with potential customers, and providing tailored solar energy solutions. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, explaining solar options and benefits, preparing proposals, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet targets and support the brand's growth.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the solar industry and expertise in solar power systems
  • Experience in lead generation and the ability to identify and qualify potential customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting with both remote and on-site responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Sales, or related fields (preferred)
  • Prior experience in solar consulting, energy solutions, or a related field is an advantage
