About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head with a proven track record in a target-driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in finance, and will play a pivotal role in driving sales, expanding our franchise network, and selling investment products. This role demands a strong ability to conduct client presentations, multitask effectively, and generate substantial business for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand business operations.

Utilise expertise in financial products/services to sell investments, effectively persuading clients and investors.

Identify and allocate franchises, fostering the growth of the company's network.

Conduct compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our financial products/services.

Drive sales by bringing in investments and justifying the salary through measurable results.

Lead a team, providing guidance and support to achieve collective sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

4 to 5 years of proven experience in a target-driven marketing/sales role, preferably in the financial sector.

Strong financial background and expertise in investment products/services is a significant advantage.

Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to convey complex financial concepts convincingly.

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position ranges from 60,000 to 80,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
