Overview:
We're looking for a data-driven and commercially-minded Retail Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of retail media campaigns for leading brands. You'll work with major platforms like
Amazon Ads, Criteo
, and other retail media networks, using data and insights to drive measurable growth for our clients.
Primary Responsibilities
:
- Manage end-to-end retail media campaigns- from setup to optimization, across multiple platforms to achieve client KPIs.
- Develop smart, data-led retail media strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance results.
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and strong return on investment.
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, analytics, sales) and external stakeholders to align campaign objectives.
- Leverage advanced tools (
Amazon Ads, Criteo, Pacvue, Helium 10
) to optimize campaigns and improve reporting accuracy. - Apply advanced optimization techniques such as audience segmentation, bid strategy, and creative testing.
- Support and guide junior team members on campaign best practices.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform and industry standards, maintaining accuracy and quality control.
Must-Have Skills:
- Deep understanding of retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Criteo).
- Proven experience managing performance-driven campaigns with significant budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for digital media and driving client success.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with retail tech platforms like Pacvue or Helium 10.
- Exposure to multi-market retail campaigns or e-commerce environments.
