Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute WTP/ETP/STP/RO projects as per approved design & scope.
  • Study and understand P&ID, GA drawings, layout & BOQ.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor site execution activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time completion.
  • Provide material planning and ensure timely delivery to site.
  • Supervise installation of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
  • Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to management/client.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety norms at site.
  • Maintain site documentation including MOM, measurement sheets, service reports, etc.
  • Verify material received as per specification and report discrepancies.
  • Allocate and monitor manpower and contractors.
  • Review and manage site expenses against the budget.
  • Support billing activities; prepare measurement and client certification documents.
  • Handle project handover, site training, and documentation.
  • Resolve site issues and escalate critical concerns.
  • Ensure collection of Handing-Over Certificates from clients.
