About the Role :

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Executives and Managers to join our marketing teams supporting The Cycle Gap (restobar), Mess-etarian Cafe (restaurant), and Mazaya Spa (wellness). The ideal candidates will plan and deliver BTL marketing campaigns, engage directly with customers, and drive brand visibility and customer acquisition at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BTL marketing activities, including direct promotions, events, sampling, and experiential campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing activities support business growth and customer engagement.
  • Engage with target audiences through street marketing, local events, partnerships, and on-site promotions.
  • Manage and monitor marketing materials, collaterals, and merchandising at outlets and events.
  • Provide feedback and insights from frontline marketing efforts to guide campaign improvement.
  • Support brand awareness and promotional campaigns through consistent communication of brand messaging.
  • Collaborate across departments and with external vendors for smooth campaign execution.
  • Achieve defined marketing KPIs and contribute actively to team goal setting.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience or interest in frontline marketing, brand activation, or event marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creativity in generating effective local marketing ideas.
  • Familiarity with BTL marketing methods and best practices.

Preferred Attributes for Manager Level:

  • Proven experience in marketing planning, execution, and team management.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate marketing ROI and effectiveness.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and manage cross-functional collaboration.
