Job Summary:

As an HVAC Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems at various job sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in HVAC systems, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of HVAC technicians on-site.
  • Plan and coordinate HVAC installation and maintenance projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess the performance of HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Train and mentor HVAC technicians to enhance their skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including labor and material costs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor or similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Relevant certifications in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • HVAC certification or relevant trade school training.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
