Core responsibilities

  • Team and site management:
  • Supervise, instruct, and manage carpentry and installation teams.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage on-site labor and subcontractors.
  • Project execution:
  • Ensure all installations follow approved drawings, design specifications, and client requirements.
  • Inspect work regularly to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site.
  • Measure sites to ensure accuracy.
  • Safety and quality control:
  • Enforce safety regulations and procedures on the job site.
  • Ensure the site is clean and organized.
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout the installation process.
  • Reporting and administration:
  • Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to management.
  • Maintain accurate records, such as employee attendance.
  • Assist with project closure documentation and billing verification.
  • Problem-solving:
  • Resolve any on-site issues that arise.
  • Recommend improvements to procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in site supervision, specifically with modular furniture installation.
  • Technical knowledge: Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a team.
  • Project management: Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Safety awareness: Thorough knowledge of site safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹31,247.21 per month
