Academic Program Improvement:

  • Provide domain leadership in academic research, drug trials, academic programs, and scientific publication.
  • Demonstrate a spike in at least one of the domains: Research (preferred) or Academics.
  • Manage regulatory compliance with bodies such as the Ethics Committee, DNB Board, etc.
  • Identify and mentor clinicians interested in research and facilitate their engagement.
  • Promote cross-facility collaboration and research synergies.
  • Source research grants from government bodies and private agencies.
  • Liaise with pharma companies, CROs, and supply chain partners for drug trials.
  • Build partnerships with national and international hospitals and institutions for collaborative studies.
  • Provide end-to-end oversight of research projects: protocol development, ethics approvals, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and periodic evaluation of academic programs and courses.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise academic staff and faculty.
  • Oversee and manage student affairs, including induction, welfare, and academic progress tracking.
