Faculty Position in Finance

We are seeking a distinguished academic with expertise in Finance to join our faculty. The successful candidate will contribute to the advancement of Management and Commerce education through teaching, research, and service.

About the Role:
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Finance, including financial management, investments, and corporate finance.
  • Develop and lead research initiatives in Finance, publishing in top-tier journals and presenting at conferences.
  • Mentor students in their academic and professional pursuits, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring that programs remain relevant and effective in preparing students for careers in Finance.
Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Finance or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching and research, with a strong track record of publications and presentations.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, foster a positive learning environment, and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • A minimum of 8 publications in indexed journals, with a strong emphasis on impact and relevance.
