We seek a distinguished researcher to spearhead innovative projects in Computer Science Engineering.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving cutting-edge research initiatives, mentoring research scholars, and contributing to the university's mission of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate advanced research projects in Computer Science Engineering.
- Publish original research in top-tier international journals and present at premier conferences.
- Mentor PhD scholars and research students, guiding their research work and development.
- Solicit external research funding through grants, collaborations with industry partners, and strategic partnerships.
- Foster interdisciplinary research and facilitate collaborations within the institution and externally.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote research culture and knowledge sharing.
- Provide expert advice on research policy, strategy, and development within the department and institution.
- Contribute to academic leadership and participate in research-focused committees and initiatives.
- PhD in Computer Science Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in research, teaching, or industry, with a proven track record of excellence.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale research projects and securing funding.
- Experience in supervising doctoral research scholars and publishing in reputable journals and conferences.
- Strong expertise in key areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
- A strong network of academic and industry research organizations, with experience in patenting, technology transfer, or entrepreneurship being a plus.
- A commitment to fostering a dynamic and inclusive research environment, with the ability to work in international research teams and collaborate effectively.
