We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Regional Business Manager for a reputed Indian MNC in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in Critical Care
Position: Regional Business Manager
Division – Hospital Business/Injectable
Headquarters: Pune & Kolkata
Area Coverage – Pune/Kolkata
Therapy Areas: Critical Care
Experience Required: 8-12 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Working as 1st line or 2nd line manager in Chennai in critical care or hospital business like Oncology/ Anasthesia / Iv fluid with good corporate hospital exposure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities across the zone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and medical affairs.
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with significant exposure to critical Care or Hospital Sales.
• Strong leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to travel extensively across assigned territories.
