The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective CRM system usage. The role involves maintaining customer data, handling customer queries, tracking customer activities, and assisting in CRM strategy implementation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Monitor customer retention, engagement, and service performance reports.

Support marketing and sales teams by providing customer insights and reports.

Assist in CRM campaigns, follow-ups, reminders, and customer communication

Generate CRM performance reports and share essential updates with the management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth customer lifecycle management

Required Skills

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Good analytical and reporting capability.

Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Qualification

Any degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

2+ years of experience in CRM operations, customer support, or related roles.
